Domestic Shipping within Switzerland
We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders delivered within Switzerland. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

International Shipping
International shipping is available on selected pieces. Availability and delivery options are confirmed during the consultation process. Duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shirò Pagani Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

CITES Exotic Leather Goods
Products made from exotic leather certified under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) can only be purchased and delivered within Switzerland. International delivery of CITES certified products is not permitted under applicable regulations. For questions regarding CITES documentation, please contact our team prior to placing your order.

High-Value Shipments
All high-value shipments are fully insured during transit. Proof of insurance and shipment documentation are provided upon dispatch. Signature upon delivery is required for all high-value orders.
