Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Bank transfer is available for high-value and concierge purchases. Twint is accepted for orders placed within Switzerland.

Concierge Purchases
For pieces available via private appointment, our team will guide you through the available payment options during the consultation process. Payment is confirmed before dispatch or in-store collection. Partial payments and staged payment arrangements may be available on selected pieces upon request.

Payment Security
All transactions are processed through certified and encrypted payment systems. Your personal and financial data is never stored or shared with third parties. Shirò Pagani Boutique does not retain payment card details after the transaction is completed.

Currency
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). For international orders, currency conversion and any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and their payment provider.

Invoicing
An invoice is issued for every purchase and provided at the time of dispatch or collection. For concierge purchases, invoicing is coordinated directly with your dedicated advisor.

Instalment Payments
