Returns & Exchanges

Standard Returns
Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our team via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and documentation included. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Final Sale Items
The following pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances: concierge purchases, CITES certified exotic leather goods, high-ticket leather goods, and personalised pieces. All sales of these items are considered final at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available on standard pieces subject to availability. Please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss exchange options.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team via our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
